"Bad Dog is one of the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. There pricing was extremely fair and the quality we received was exceptional. We originally called Bill to give us and estimate to paint the summer cottage we had just purchased in Portsmouth in 2005, The house was relatively small (less than 1000 sq ft.) and the previous owner had been a chain smoker (4+ packs a day by his own admission) He had lived in the house for 15 years and bottom line the entire place was sticky nicotine yellow. To top it off it was of plaster construction making for rough and uneven spots. Bill came in gave us a great price (quite frankly I was suspicious but since he didn’t ask for anything up front. I felt we had little to loose.) Bill and team treated our house with loving care. By the time they were done the odor was gone and the house was gorgeous! We sold the house this summer (June 07) and bought a larger home in Portsmouth. This house not in anywhere near the bad shape the other house was in, still needed a new coat of paint and a power washed and sealed deck. Although I new Bill did great work I felt I should get at least one more estimate. Bill was almost half the price of the other estimate! Once again Bill's team did beautiful work and my neighbors even commented that it looked like he had a team of guys sealing the deck.
